Writing Exercise

WRITE A WORTH STATEMENT: 

I am worthy of good things in life.

 

WRITE A GROWTH MINDSET STATEMENT:

Whatever makes you uncomfortable is your biggest opportunity for growth. 



WRITE DOWN 3 THINGS THAT YOU ARE PROUD OF TODAY:

1. I made a therapy consultation appointment. I am proud of myself for taking that step.

2.  I went for a walk and did yoga this morning.

3. I got more work done today than I thought I would. 


WRITE DOWN 3 THINGS YOU WOULD LIKE TO WORK ON ABOUT YOURSELF:

1. Self esteem/self confidence

2. Exercise Discipline

3. Self Compassion

 

WRITE DOWN 3 THINGS YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR TODAY & WHY:

1. People - friends and family that I can talk to about anything

2. My Cat - she brings me so much happiness, especially when times are hard 

3. The ability to move my body. It's not the best body, but at least I can go for a walk and stretch every day.
